I've been working for more than seven years now. From Business outsourcing company to being a Freelance Virtual Assistant. 

Through the years, I have gained experiences and skills from different business sectors and different work. 

I know I have the experience and skills that an employer needs but I am also still willing to learn more. 

Virtual Assistant

​2016 - present

 

​I'm a virtual assistant for a podcast Doctor based in Arizona. I report directly to him. I transcribe his daily podcast and weekly Facebook Live broadcast. I do graphics and post it on his social media websites. Also, I do make invoices for his clients and I also organize his calendar schedule. I manage his social media accounts.

2016 - present

​I'm a chat support for an Australian Company. I manage 5 widgets with different websites. I do sales pitch, signup visitors for free trial and demo, and basic technical support.

​I'm a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for an Australian  realtor. I report directly to him and manage his calendars: meeting and appointments. I manager his Facebook page, the eRecords (Court records), and property listing.

2013- 2014

 

I outsource potential candidates for sales, technicians, administrative,, help and maintenance. 

I report directly to the Managing Director of the company. I handle and manage interview, screening of applicants, monitor employee attendance  and also manage all human resource and administrative duties.

I report directly the Chief Manager. Perform administrative duties and payroll work. ​I prepare payroll transactions: Issue payslips, government loans. I handle Government monthly transaction reports: SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig. Act as the Executive assistant of the Chief Manager.

2009 - 2011

I work there for 2 years as an email support representative. I am the Persona in charge whenever our team leader is on leave. We handle electricity account from Australia. It's a B2B communication. We process new accounts, move-in and move-out, billing.  I handle 15 agents and make sure that our daily quota are reach.

I took up Law after I graduate from college for just a year. Because I need to take care of my sick mother.
